We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Options & Times
As we specialise in vintage and larger furniture items, delivery is handled either by:

In-house delivery (where possible), or

Trusted third-party couriers with experience in handling furniture
Estimated delivery time:

Small home décor items: 3–5 working days

Furniture and larger items: 5–14 working days, depending on location and courier availability
We will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery slot if your item requires scheduled delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size/weight of the item and delivery location.

Standard shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

For larger furniture items, a flat delivery rate or custom quote may apply, particularly for long-distance deliveries. We'll confirm any additional delivery costs before dispatch.
You’re also welcome to arrange your own courier or collect items in person by appointment—just choose the appropriate option at checkout and contact us to arrange.
4. Access & Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the item.
For large or heavy items, please let us know in advance if there are any access issues (e.g. stairs, narrow hallways, limited parking).
If delivery is attempted but not possible due to access issues or missed appointments, a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Packaging & Sustainability
We use protective and often recycled packaging materials where possible to minimise environmental impact while keeping your items safe during transit.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging and handling, but if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
7. Order Tracking
For smaller items shipped via standard couriers, tracking information will be provided by email once your item has been dispatched.
For larger furniture deliveries, we will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date and time.
