Restored Retro is a UK-based business specialising in the restoration and resale of mid-century and retro furniture and décor. Each item is individually restored, and many are one-of-a-kind pieces.

We make every effort to ensure our product listings are accurate, including dimensions, condition, and images. However, as our items are vintage, signs of age and wear are to be expected and form part of the item's character.

We do not guarantee that colours and finishes will exactly match the images on screen, due to varying screen displays.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are securely processed through our payment providers. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery across the UK via trusted couriers. Delivery costs and timeframes will be specified at checkout or agreed upon following order placement.

Customers must ensure access for delivery and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Failed or missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

Due to the nature of vintage and restored items, returns are accepted only in cases of significant damage or misrepresentation. Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem.

Returns must be agreed upon and arranged in advance. Refunds will only be issued once the item is returned to us in the condition it was delivered.

Customised items or items sold via in-person sales are non-returnable.
